Created for students by students, Moving Off Campus provides a single, easy-to-use resource for every off-campus housing need. Built by Atlantic Dominion Solutions MOC is the site to watch in the property rental space.

When Mark Sawyier of Moving Off Campus needed a site built to market rental properties to college students, he chose Ruby on Rails to power the site, and he chose Atlantic Dominion Solutions to develop it.

Adding much more than the standard features implemented in other rental sites, Moving Off Campus uses an intuitive and innovative flash map as the basis for searching the site.

Property owners gain huge value with an easy to use interface (that’s right – no instructions needed) to list properties, and manage images and floor plans. They can even create an XML feed from their own site that the MOC site reads, automatically generating the property listings for them. MOC also offers an integrated and secure payment system utilizing Paypal.

Moving Off Campus is growing like crazy, adding at least one state per month. New campuses are coming online all the time. Stay tuned to this up and coming site. More features are sure to come. Atlantic Dominion Solutions is happy to be helping them get there.
